Viviane leads the investments and strategic partnerships in digital construction for NOVA by Saint-Gobain, while also managing NOVA by Saint-Gobain's activities in the UK, Ireland and the Nordics region.

She has seven years of experience in construction technology. Prior to joining NOVA by Saint-Gobain, she led startup collaborations for Bouygues Construction, and worked closely with the Bouygues' venture arm. Most recently, she was Head of Contech Projects and Partnerships for the Bouygues group in the United States. 

She holds a master's degree in business and innovation management from Kedge Business School, including an academic experience in Tsinghua University School of Economics in Beijing, China. 

In her spare time, Viviane enjoys practicing yoga and dancing, activities that keep her energized and grounded. She also finds joy in reading and immersing herself in the world of art, which continually inspires her.
