Victor joins NOVA by Saint-Gobain from SGR Paris, where he managed R&D initiatives to develop sustainable, low-carbon renders and high-performance tile adhesives, and designed a smart voice assistant for laboratory work. As a Research Engineers, he led projects focused on low-carbon cement materials across several business units within the Group.

He earned an international double Ph.D. in civil engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke (Canada) and École Centrale de Nantes (France), a master’s degree in materials science from Université de Poitiers, and a bachelor’s degree in environmental chemistry from Université de Limoges. When he is not working, he enjoys participating in endurance sports, swimming, cycling, and mountaineering.

Victor will be based in Paris, France.
