Looking back on 2025
2025 was a great year for NOVA by Saint-Gobain. As we look back, we are proud to share some of the key milestones that made this year impactful.
Driving innovation through strategic investments
In 2025, we expanded our portfolio by welcoming Noble Gas Systems, a startup aligned with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
We continued supporting our existing partners by financially closing follow-on financing rounds with ECODROP, Hyperframe, JUUNOO, Okibo, PLANTICS B.V., and Renovate Robotics, or through our continuous support for the growth and expansion of many other portfolio companies.
We also expanded our reach in the Chinese innovation ecosystem through two fund investments in Richland Capital and Cathay Capital, allowing us to be at the forefront of innovative materials and new energies in China.

Supporting our portfolio companies reaching new milestones
This year, we were very proud to join our portfolio companies in celebrating some major achievements.
Some portfolio companies launched new products or reached new technical milestones, like FibreCoat that announced AluBas Tape; TimberHP that launched its TimberBoard fiber insulation; or Ion Storage Systems which achieved a major performance milestone in solid-state battery technology.
Other portfolio companies entered exciting partnerships and collaborations, like Treble Technologies that partnered with Hugging Face, and CarbiCrete that entered the European market through Saint-Gobain's brand, Point.P.

Facilitating new collaborations with innovative startups
In 2025, we welcomed more than 30 new collaborations with startups from all around the world in areas such as circular economy, offsite construction, robotics, new energies, and digital. We also entered into joint development agreements and new sales, supply, and distribution agreements with many of them!

Celebrating teamwork and collaboration
In addition to all the regional gatherings, our global team came together in France, connecting colleagues from China, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the USA. Together, we focused on optimizing investments and partnerships to drive shared success for our startups and business units.
We also welcomed new team members, Viviane André and Laurent Ehrhard to our European team, and Leticia Reis to lead Brazil!
