Ion Storage Systems recently announced they are receiving $20 million in funding as part of a three-year, $40 million commercialization initiative from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). 

Saint-Gobain will be collaborating with ION to help accelerate the commercialization of ION’s high performing, anodeless SSB toward a greener energy economy.
