Naval comes to the NOVA by Saint-Gobain team with years of strategy and consulting experience of managing and driving strategic projects and partnerships across geographies. 

A passionate people person who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, and solving complex and ambiguous business problems, Naval holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He also earned a master's degree in business administration from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.

Prior to joining the NOVA by Saint-Gobain team, Naval worked as Strategy Manager at Saint-Gobain Canada and held strategy consultant positions at such firms like Accenture and Ernst & Young.

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, he is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. When not at work, Naval enjoys cycling, weightlifting, playing guitar and traveling.
