As External Ventures Manager for Latin America, Leticia dos Reis Goncales is passionate about leading projects with design thinking that result in high impact on the focus area.

She came to NOVA by Saint-Gobain from SWtech, where she served as Commercial and New Business Manager focusing on IoT sensors for water and wastewater, industrial processes and ESG. She previously worked for Saint-Gobain as a Service Engineer responsible for creating a new portfolio of digital and water treatment solutions. She has experience in digital transformation, Industry 4.0 automation, and process improvement in various areas, including renewable energy, solar, and oil and gas.

As a researcher, Leticia focused on corrosion resistance in lightweight alloys, nanoscience, nanotechnology, and geoprocessing. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University and Universidade Federal do ABC where she studied materials sciences and engineering and is green belt certified.
